Acceptable use
You may upload resumes you authored or have explicit permission to optimize (e.g. you are a coach acting on a client's behalf). Do not upload material that infringes others' rights or contains content unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Do not resell HiredNa output as a standalone product, scrape competitor data through the coach surface, or attempt to bypass the hallucination guard.
Plans and billing
All paid plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Charges process on the calendar anniversary of your first paid run. You can cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal linked in the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Full refund within the first 7 days of a paid plan if no optimizations have been run on it. After the first run we cannot reverse the underlying inference cost, so we do not offer retroactive refunds. For billing disputes, email legal@hiredna.app with your account email and the invoice ID.
Service quality
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime measured at the workflow orchestrator. The pipeline depends on third-party LLM providers; if every fallback degrades simultaneously we may queue runs until at least one provider recovers. Always review every diff before you download — the guard catches fabrication, not every editorial choice.
Intellectual property
You own the resume content you upload and the optimized output. We retain the right to use aggregated, non-identifying metrics (e.g. average ATS lift per niche) in marketing materials. We do not assert ownership over your career history.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate the acceptable use clause. We will tell you why, in writing, and give you 30 days to export your data unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action.
Limitation of liability
HiredNa is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, or downstream decisions made by recruiters or employers based on the materials produced through the service. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
